2007 Bookings

Things are filling up quite a bit for next year. I am suprised at the amount of Friday and Sunday bookings I have been getting. I think it is great - things have really stepped away from the overall traditional of a few years ago. I am even getting inquires for 2008 weddings! If only I was that organized with my own wedding ahead.

I am 3 months away from my wedding and have a lot of work to do. It is mostly in my hands.... I am sure Tom is excited about the wedding, but he is not really interested in the planning and I don't really want him helping my anyhow.....!!! :) Actually, he does ask the odd question.... brings up how we should really get booking some catering.... he did make the decision to book a band and found one..... allright - I was not giving him enough credit.

Okay - I got side tracked. I am not doing well focussing on one topic here. I will get better at this!!

I think my point was to just mention that things are booking up quite well for next year. It is amazing how far ahead and how organized some couples are!

My First Blog!

I am not quite sure what I want to say. I've never written a "blog" before. I think writing a blog will take some practice. Hopefully you will see some improvement over the coming months..... hopefully I can look back at this with a laugh.....

I am so excited about Olympic Sound. I love meeting and then working with my clients. I love that I can take all my energy and motivation and push it forward to help others with their special events.

I have so much I want to do and learn. It is hard to take it only one step at a time!!

I made nothing but THE BEST decision to take on Olympic Sound full time this past April. I was nervous to not have my full time, steady income..... but I could not be more thrilled to be taking on this adventure and pleased with my success to date.
